No. It shows there is a *help* document "Memory-limits":

   Help files with alias or concept or title matching 'Mem' using regular    expression matching:

   Memory-limits(base) Memory Limits in R

Try help("Memory-limits"), and see ?help.

As is should, for that is an arithmetical operation.
