I do have AltGr (and Slovenian installed). The issue is that the author of graphapp seems not to have had a 'right menu key' as MSDN call it.

This was fixed in R 0.9.1 and unfixed in R 2.0.0 by the author of the script editor, who wrote in graphapp/events.c

I do now have a proper fix.
