[Rd] typo in "R Installation and Administration"

Hi all,

There seems to be a typo in "R Installation and Administration" in "B.7 Compile and load flags"

"special flags for compiling Fortran 95 code to be turned into a shared library" should be FCPICFLAGS and not FPICFLAGS
