It occurs for both

glm(cbind(Correct, Incorrect) ~ Contr + offset(qlogis(0.25)) - 1, binomial,

Error in model.frame.default(formula = cbind(Correct, Incorrect) ~ Contr + :

   variable lengths differ (found for 'offset(qlogis(0.25))') +
