Sorry for the cross-post but are there any S+ libraries/ R packages besides
the Efron and Tibshirani bootstrap that implement the .632 and/or .632+
bootstrap prediction method? I did not find any reference to it in the
Davison and Hinkley package/library, nor in the S-Plus bootstrap functions,
and no other search hits refer to anything except in the Efron/Tibshirani
library.

I have nothing against using the E/T library except that I find it
particularly slow for complicated functions.
