Look at the length of the bug fix list .... 1.x.y, y>0 releases are
bug-fix releases, so on that reasoning there would not be a Debian release
of 1.2.1 or 1.2.2 either, or a Windows release, or ....
Still, 1.3.0 is slated for mid-June ....
