princomp() would be the wrong function for factor analysis. While SPSS uses
principal components and principal factor as possible estimation methods,
with PC as the default, R does not implement these methods. The factanal()
function uses maximum likelihood with optional varimax or promax rotations.
This can be replicated in SPSS by changing the estimation method.

Hi, I am learining how to use R, specifically the princomp() function, and
I am trying to replicate the results I get in SPSS with no luck, can
