 Yes, but I agree with Bill that this should be mentioned in INSTALL. The
current INSTALL gives the impression that you will typically not need to
change the configuration unless something is obviously wrong. Quite a lot
of users will be using strange American paper instead of standard A4 and
judging from my experiences here they won't realise unless prompted that
it's their printers that are non-standard. ;-)

I'll put a line in INSTALL.
