We've found and fixed this.

There will be a short delay before the next release because we are
making some changes to try to enhance portability and fix up the DLL
facilities.  In addition, we should have code for for non-linear
optimization (Dennis and Schnabel based) incorporated (thanks Jim).

I also have to try to think of something to say at the Interface
meeting in Sydney.
