1. When I try to use weights in glm, I get the message
Error in numeric(nr): negative length vectors are not allowed.
I have not been able to trace this down.
2. Here is an example of a reason (among many) that the impossibility
of overriding the automatic saving of .RData at the end of a batch
session is driving me mad. Consider the file that begins:
fish <- read.table("fish.dat")
names(fish) <- c("day","low1","med1","high1","low2","med2","high2")
freq <- c(low1,med1,high1,low2,med2,high2)
freq <- rep(day,6)
On the first batch run, day has length 54, while on the second batch
run it has length 324 if the old .RData is not carefully removed!!!
