[Rd] mosaicplot: new argument for color of borders of mosaic cells

A proposal:

Adding an argument ``border'' (default: NA) for mosaicplots would give the opportunity to create another kind of nice plots.

Proposed code changes:

1. add argument ``border=NA'' to mosaicplot.default()
2. add ``border=border'' to the first to calls to polygon() within mosaicplot.default()
3. copying and adjusting the help page entry for ``border'' of ``?polygon''.
