Subject: perl on win32, again

i downloaded the latest release of perl for win (just a few days old)
and it now has a smarter installation routine.
it puts itself in front of all other dirs (in path),
and it als tells that it tries to remove any other path leading
to another perl.
the offending matlab perl lives in
and this path also contains the whole matlab stuff,
so it cannot be removed.
but with official perl before matylab in the path,
things now work without fiddling
with the path.
