Hi,

mod.poly3$coef/sqrt(diag(mod.poly3$var))

will give you the Wald stat values, so

pnorm(abs(mod.poly3$coef/sqrt(diag(mod.poly3$var))),lower.tail=F)*2

will yield the corresponding p-vals
