Hello Terry,

Thank you for your help.
I read chapter 8 in your book and I found it very useful. I have a question: Where can I find some R code to prepare the data-set "Bladder" for the Andersen-Gil Model and the WLW/PWP Models? (in your book there is code in SAS only).

Thanks in advance,
Avshalom

The survival package does this in depth. For detailed explanations, examples, and discussion see

    T. Therneau and P Grambsch, Modeling Survival Data: Extending     the Cox Model, Springer-Verlag, 2000.

The book and software evolved together.
