dear all, thanks

it helped a lot, the problem was that I should treat my data as set of species, not samples, so as output I get 4087*4087 matrix, which afterwards will be applied for PCO,

the thing was, that in cause of big number of values, programm do not show all
computed distances and even lower triangle is not seen,

finally I applied

>distm<-dist(hell.dframe,diag=TRUE,upper=TRUE)

and it worked
