Dear R,

I am working with DNA data (nexus-Format) and want to do some population genetics analysis. There are some standard test for neutral evolution, e.g. Tajima's D, Fu+-Li's D, the McDonald Kreitman test and the HKA test.

Does anyone know, if these tests are already implemented in R (or maybe Bioconductor)?

Many thanks,
Peter
