I just posted a vim-script at
http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=2104 that allows sending selected lines of R code in a vim-buffer to the Rgui.  There are alternatives for Windows and Linux (http://www.vim.org/ scripts/script.php?script_id=1048) but i never found anything that works on Mac. No other code is required, just the R.vim script.
