Dear Ajay,

At present, unfortunately, we have so mechanism for distributing code associated with R News articles. We're considering changes to the infrastructure that supports R News, including providing the kind of facility that you suggest. I'm afraid that the best that I can suggest for now is copying, pasting, and editing the code directly from the PDF file.
