Do you mean saving your figure to a file ? If so, you can take a look at the device functions, which allow you to generate your figure to a file in different formats, especially pdf or postscript.

For example, to generate your plot into a pdf file, you can use :

pdf(file="filename.pdf")
plot(...)
dev.off()
