Hi Michael,

This isn't the S-Plus or Matlab support lists, it is the help list for R. I think you'll get short shrift asking your question here, as both the apps you mention are commercial products with support and this is the email list for a free, open source application.

If you want to link R and Matlab then take a look at CRAN and the contributed packages list there. There is at least one package with Matlab in its name that might do something close to what you want or allow you to work with R and Matlab.
