Thanks Prof. Brain,

  Following your suggestion I found the reason of my problem in the document ''R Installation and Administration' and the links it points to'.

 After I updated to R2.6.2, the RTools's default compiler chaged to gcc4 while I was using 3.4.x. The error disappeared after I installed gcc4 and the default settings from RTools works well now.
