It does in the copy which comes with R 2.6.2! That page says, right at the top

 	R for Windows FAQ
 	Version for R-2.6.1

However, http://cran.at.r-project.org/bin/windows/ told you where to report this (it was not R-help, and never is for the content of CRAN).
