First step would be to read the manual on the R site "R Data Import/Export" describes the import and export facilities available either in R itself or via packages which are available from CRAN

Then if that does not solve the problem you need to explain in detail what the problems are, preferably with the code that you are using. See the instructions at the bottom of the post.
