What is "huge"? How big is it and what are the commands you are trying to use? Have you tried a smaller size to see how much memory is being used (do a 'gc' before and after). Depending on what you are trying to do, you may have memory fragmented. What are the sizes of all the other objects that you have in memory? Exactly what is your configuration. Some more information is need to understand why you are getting that error. It typically means what it says; you do not have enough memory to allocate the object of that size.
