Hello,

Is there a function that finds the most likely probabilities p_ij with the marginal homogeneity constraint p_i. = p_.i, all i, for an n by n table, n
> 2? For n = 2, mcnemar.test does it. Any analogous function for n > 2?

Thanks,
Von Bing
