" C function name not in load table" means that youe DLL/SO file is not loaded. You should use  .First.lib <- function(lib, pkg)
{

    library.dynam("your_pkg_name", pkg, lib) }

You aren't giving enough information for anyone to know that. You need to tell us exactly what you did to create your package, and what operating system you're on.
