Hi all,

Iíve to solve the following problem:

I have a dataset with count data. For these data Iíve chosen some standard distributions (poisson, negBin, Bin) and have estimated the parameters. Now I want to execute a X≤-Test of the contingency table vs. the parameterized distribution.

Ok - the problem is now:

Is there a built-in R-function that will help me with this problem?

Especially I need an automatism that builts data classes because not each frequency is empirically observed.

Maybe somebody had a similar problem and could send me a solution.

Regds., Carsten
