If employers really want someone with R/S skills they usually post the jobs to the lists, so you are probably also looking in the right place. However you really seem to be limiting your search options by doing this. The job I am at didn't use R before I joined. Your better off finding a job you like at a company you like and then convincing them that R is better (not to mention the R skill set you are bringing to the table).  Good luck to you.
