Please ask MacOS-specific questions on the r-sig-mac list.

(Missing RestFP, SaveFP.)

I believe this is well-known and indicates an incompatible mixture of compilers from different sources: just Google for RestFP. See e.g.

I doubt if it has anything to do with R 2.2.0.
