         Thanks. I had a look at that and it says:

Partitioning Clustering:

                Function                            kmeans()                          from package stats provides   several algorithms   for computing partitions with respect to   Euclidean distance.
Hence why I am using a euclidean distance matrix. Why is this incorrect?
