You should read not only the ?gee help files, but also the README.. GEE has also been ported to X-Lispstat by Thomas Lumley, and this port with accompanying paper is available from the online journal of statistical software, at http://www.stat.ucla.edu/journals/jss/v01/i03/ -- and well, I still hope that Thomas Lumley will add some more nice examples to the R version of GEE ... -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.- r-help mailing list -- Read http://www.ci.tuwien.ac.at/~hornik/R/R-FAQ.html Send "info", "help", or "[un]subscribe" (in the "body", not the subject !)
