Subject: R-alpha: R-0.16.1 under NEXTSTEP

I have R-0.16.1 running under NEXTSTEP 3.3 on Intel, M68k and
SPARC architectures. If anyone is interested, I will shortly be putting
binaries on a NeXT-specific ftp site <ftp://next-ftp.peak.org/pub/next/>.
I can also provide details about changes necessary to get it to compile using

A question:
NEXTSTEP is based on BSD UNIX and has no dlopen or equivalents
to allow for dynamic loading of shared libraries. Any suggestions
  about ways to remedy this?
