Anything with libc 5.x.x, I suppose, including Redhat 3.0.3+ and
recent versions of Debian and Slackware. Older versions (non-ELF) can
be tricky.

UNIX source works fine.

Me (RH 4.1), Kurt Hornik (Debian something), and several others. I
suspect almost everyone involved in testing and debugging has tried it
at some point or another. Works very nicely indeed, even on my
antiquated hardware.
