Thanks for catching that. I wonder how it happened, since I believe that I produced the file with a plain-text editor, probably Tinn-R.

Yes, I saw the missing asterisk (and the not-so-plain text) when I compared the PDF and chtml versions of the help page in my attempt to locate the error.
